Responsibilities:

• To manage the relationship with the customs declarant for export;

• To manage the relationship with customers to ensure the unloading of goods on time;

• To take over complaints from customers and offers the corresponding resolution;

• To place transport orders to transport providers;

• To maintain the relationship with the authorities in connection with customs operations;

• To collaborate with the departments involved in product delivery;

• To ensure the taking over of the documents accompanying the parcels and their transmission to the accounting department;

• To take over and centralizes delivery and transport documents;

• To take over and verifies the conformity of the transport invoices;

• To organize and perform all the necessary steps for loading the goods safely;

• To prepare of proforma and fiscal invoices belonging to loaded orders;

• To register of vehicle identification numbers and their addition to the order file;

• Directing the vehicles to the right points to perform a load as fast and efficient as possible;

• Following the requests made by customers of certain types of loading (behind the truck, products to be retained, etc.) the Logistics Directorate will be notified ensuring their realization;

• Controlling documents before and after loading;

• Compliance with legal provisions, thus avoiding putting the Company in difficult situations during the export;

• Stopping the export at the moment of notifying certain risks that may lead to the amendment of the Company or to other unfavorable situations;

• Handing over the documents to the responsible department;

• Verification of invoices received from suppliers, registration and sending them to the Finance Department.

Requirements:

• If you have a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration;

• If you have SAP knowledge;

• If your Office skills are excellent;

• If your English is advanced level;

• If you are available to relocate in Craiova.
