Export Documentation Representative - Part time/Hybrid

Romar Shipping Agency is the Romanian agent of Arkas Line, one of Turkiye's leading container shipping companies

We are expanding our team and looking for an Export Documentation Representative responsible for processing export documentation and ensuring a smooth and accurate operational flow between customers, terminals, authorities, and international partners.

• Prepare, issue, and verify export documentation (Bill of Lading, manifests, shipping instructions, etc.);
• Enter and maintain shipment information in operational systems;
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer-submitted documentation;
• Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments;
• Ensure timely submission of export documentation according to deadlines;
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Handle documentation amendments and customer requests related to transport documents;
• Maintain accurate electronic records and archives.

Requirements

• University degree;
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or documentation is an advantage;
• English language proficiency – intermediate to advanced level;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
