Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager on negotiations and account forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
• Support demand forecasting and ensure accurate order planning with retailers.
• Manage inventory levels to protect cash flow and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute account plans within budget.
• Analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years in key account support or sales operations, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Experience with European beauty retailers like Sephora or Douglas.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
