We are seeking an experienced ESG Consultant for a 6-month contract to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive ESG framework aligned with European regulatory requirements. This role is critical in establishing the company’s ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with evolving EU regulations, and coordinating the external consultancy partner supporting the initiative.

As an ESG Consultant, you will:

·       Lead the creation and implementation of the company’s ESG framework, aligned with EU regulations and best practices.

·       Ensure alignment with European standards

·       Coordinate and manage the relationship with the external ESG consultancy firm, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

·       Analyze EU and national ESG regulations to guide internal compliance and reporting processes.

·       Support the integration of ESG principles into business operations within a BPO environment.

·       Contribute to the development of sustainability strategies, policies, and action plans.

·       Establish internal ESG governance processes and reporting mechanisms.

·       Lead a team of cross functional stakeholders ensuring alignment on the strategy, roadmap and deliverables

What You’ll Own:

• The end-to-end development and rollout of the ESG framework.

• Oversight of ESG reporting processes and regulatory alignment.

• Coordination and performance monitoring of the external ESG advisory partner.

• Development of sustainability reports aligned with international standards

• ESG data collection, validation, and structuring to support KPI monitoring and performance tracking.

• Stakeholder engagement processes related to sustainability planning and reporting.

• Internal awareness and communication materials related to ESG initiatives.

What You Bring:

·       Proven experience in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or regulatory compliance.

·       Strong understanding of EU ESG regulatory landscape

·       Experience supporting and coordinating the development of sustainability reports aligned with international standards

·       Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable internal processes.

·       Demonstrated ability to contribute to sustainability strategies and implementation roadmaps.

·       Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

·       Excellent project coordination and communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

·       Advanced English – C1 Written and Spoken
