Provides Employee administration related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to the business strategy and resourcing needs. Works closely with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise to deliver HR strategy, processes and ad hoc project support related to HR Data.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Employee Administration Specialist will:
Ensure the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area. Works closely with relevant CoE to ensure specialist content hosted on knowledge management channels is line with strategy and works with Knowledge & Content Manager to upload as appropriate;
Maintain master data configuration ensuring master data sync between HR information systems and other systems;
Oversee all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services;
Use HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry and workflow within technology solutions;
Ensure compliance with data administration and security standards and oversees the verification of data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements;
Deliver the regular reconciliation of HR data;
Monitor performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established parameters;
Relevant experience in Personnel Administration area covering a diverse range of activities and practices: Administering Employment Changes, Document Issuing, Up-dating Databases, etc.
End-user experience in HR applications;
Solid knowledge of the Romanian Labor Law;
Multitasking and priority setting skills;
Very good communication skills;
Excellent Customer Service Skill;
Romanian, English and Spanish language - advanced level;
Previous experience in a HR Service delivery center is consider an advantage;
