The role of Electromechanical Engineer is to lead all the electromechanical technical aspects for company’s grains storage facilities located along Danube River and inland.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance, functionality and development of electromechanical systems;
Uses techniques for measuring electrical and non-electrical quantities and data acquisition systems in electromechanical systems;
Uses skills in diagnosing defects and optimizing processes;
Ensures and implements the equipment maintenance plan according to the manufacturer's specifications;
Ensures emergency interventions at work sites;
Prepares maintenance reports and updates technical documentation;
Ensures the stock of spare parts necessary for the smooth running of the work sites;
Periodically trains and tests specialized personnel (automation electricians) at each work site;
Uses the maintenance and procurement module in SAP;
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electric engineering field;
·Relevant certifications in the field of electromechanical engineering and/or industrial control systems (e.g., ISO, 5S, etc.);
Has experience in coordinating teams and managing electrotechnical projects;
Has knowledge of electrical material quality standards and work safety;
Has solid knowledge of industrial control systems, automation equipment, and both electrical and mechanical testing in the food industry;
Has knowledge in using Schneider and Phoenix Contact programming equipment/platforms;
Has knowledge in designing, modeling, and simulating control systems in the food industry;
Has knowledge in using new digital technologies that can be used to improve the quality and precision of processes in the food industry (understanding/using/designing SCADA);
Understands the operating principles of electromechanical equipment and how to read technical diagrams;
