Join our team as a Project Electrical Engineer and take the lead in on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities for power generation sets and power distribution systems. This hands-on role requires strong coordination with contractors, OEM/service teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and verify the electrical installation of gensets and auxiliaries, including power cables, control cables, trays, glands, terminations, and labeling.
• Coordinate and inspect the installation of LV/MV panels, synchronizing panels, ATS, protection panels, transformers, UPS/chargers, grounding/earthing, and automation systems.
• Manage daily site activities with subcontractors, including work planning, progress tracking, quality checks, punch lists, and handover readiness.
• Perform and witness site tests and prepare site documentation such as daily reports, inspection & test records, redlines/as-builts, cable test sheets, FAT/SAT reports, and commissioning dossiers.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in field installation/commissioning for electrical systems.
• Strong field knowledge of cable routing, terminations, glanding, and earthing/bonding practices.
• Ability to read and apply drawings such as SLD, schematics, cable schedules, and layouts.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain quality on-site.
• Good troubleshooting skills under time pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work on rotational/site schedules.
• Proficient in English communication, with additional languages being a plus.
