EHS Specialist

900 - 1200 €/luna

As an EHS Specialist, you will play a key role in driving environmental, health, and safety excellence across our operations. You’ll help develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs that protect our people, support regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to creating a workplace where safety, sustainability, and operational excellence go hand in hand—empowering our organization to grow responsibly and confidently into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of national safety laws, regulations, and safety management practices;
  • Familiarity with 5S principles and evaluation methods;
  • Apply safety and EHS knowledge confidently in day-to-day work;
  • Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments on workplaces/workstations;
  • Develop, fulfill, monitor and update the prevention and protection plan, in collaboration with the team of assessors for each job/workstation;
  • Support in maintaining records of safety observations and incident reports;
  • Basic first aid and emergency response knowledge;
  • Familiarity with confidentiality management systems and the ability to identify information security risks and establish appropriate standards;
  • Practical emergency response skills, including first aid, emergency evacuation, and basic fire-fighting;
  • Develop instructions, procedures and other EHS documents;

Core Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong observation and problem-identification skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player and initiative to drive changes;
  • Language: advanced English skills;
  • Comfortable using common office software and computer systems;
  • Awareness of safety and quality evaluation standards in machinery manufacturing;
  • Effective time and schedule management skills;
  • Good knowledge in waste management and emergency situation;
  • Good knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards;
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities;
  • English level knowledge - good communication skills;

Requirements

  • Education: College degree or above (technical/engineering studies preferred);
  • Relevant Fields of Study (preferred): Safety engineering technical studies;
  • Risk evaluator for H&S;
  • Professional experience in H&S min. 3 years;
  • Certifications: Relevant safety or fire safety certification preferred
