You support our team as EHS Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) reporting using the Enablon reporting tool;
  • Support the creation of regular reports and reports on demand;
  • Provide support for user administration on Enablon;
  • Perform functional testing of the different Enablon modules during and after configuration projects;
  • Conduct data analysis and processing;
  • Support the creation and update of process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technical, Economic, Scientific or related field;
  • Experience in financial and non-financial reporting, processing and visualisation of data and information;
  • IT experience in the field of sustainability / EHS reporting would be an advantage;
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus;
  • Experience in conducting (online) trainings;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point) and data management tools;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Working proficiency and accuracy;
  • Collaborative skills and a strong team-oriented mindset including openness for knowledge-sharing.
