• Register supplier invoices in the Saga accounting software.
• Verify invoice details to match contracts and annexes with suppliers.
• Conduct preventive financial control for all accounting documents.
• Ensure documentation for acquisitions complies with public procurement laws.
• Prepare and verify cash registers and expense reports.
• Reconcile balances with suppliers and clients.
• Participate in annual inventory and audit preparation tasks.
• Handle any other tasks requested by the chief accountant or management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Higher education in Economics (Finance, Accounting).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Knowledge of fiscal and accounting legislation.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive).
• Familiarity with Saga accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Analytical thinking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Driver's license and personal car are mandatory.
