Entry (0-2 years)
Role: Strategy and coordination of an online shop.
Objective: Taking the e-shop to top 3 in 1 year. Plan all the activities of the business and does the training, coaching and supervising of the people involved in promoting and delivering the shop activities.
Profile: Experienced in e-commerce, charismatic, leader, ideas generator, planner, coach. He/She has to prove e-commerce experience – minimum 1 e-shop taken from scratch and lead to top.
Main levels of responsibility:
- Marketing: brand strategy, advertising strategy and implementation by briefing and coordinating the advertising agency team.
- Product: manages the product portfolio of the website, decides what items to list, monitors and optimizes the product list weekly
- Pricing: coordinates and implements a price monitoring program and the shop’s pricing strategy
- Customer satisfaction: implements customer satisfaction survey systems and optimizes services to improve customer retention.
