- Inbound user calls through Avaya interface to troubleshoot and solve the user's it technical problem.
- Basic administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
- Troubleshoot MS Active Sync
- Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications
- Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
- To provide technical support; answering support queries remote via phone, ServivceNow and email.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Support of Windows and MS Office products incl. but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant next level IT personnel.
- Remote support for Setup of Desktop IP Phones
- Setups of iPad, iPhone and Android devices
- Infosys has offices in Bucharest, Timisoara, Targu Mures and will open new locations in Romania
