Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts.
Explain how to use online account features and solve customer application problems.
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document relevant interactions.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and system troubleshooting.
Validate certain data batches prior to their upload in dedicated platforms, according to predefined flows.
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and by email.
Resolve or support the resolution of product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure correction and resolution.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
Keep a regular schedule of reporting based on predefined flows.
What makes you an eligible candidate:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Economic studies (basic accountancy knowledge is a plus).
Advanced level of English and Proficient level of Romanian
Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Strong prioritization and analytical abilities.
Strong detail orientation and communication/ listening skills.
1+ years of experience in a customer service.
Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (very good Word and Excel skills are preferred).
