Candidatul ideal:

Studii superioare finalizate cu diploma de licenta;
Experienta minim 4 ani intr-o pozitie de management (experienta in Retail, reprezinta un avantaj);
Experienta relevanta in domeniul vanzarilor;
Spirit antreprenorial;
Abilitati de management;
Orientare catre rezultate;
Bune abilitati de comunicare, negociere si organizare;
Orientare catre cerintele pietei si ale clientului;
Bune cunostinte de operare PC (MS Office).

Responsabilitati:

Asigura,conduce si supervizeaza intreaga activitate din cadrul magazinului;
Propune masuri de optimizare a profitabilitatii magazinului pana la nivel de categorie;
Supervizeaza identitatea vizuala a magazinului;
Coordoneaza echipa din subordine;
Reprezinta magazinul in relatia cu tertii;
Analizeaza competitia din aria de acoperire;
Intocmeste rapoarte de vanzari.
