What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?
How you will make an impact:
As a Digital Transaction Quality Analyst, you will ensure the highest accuracy in managing transactions and reconciliations while helping the team embrace digital tools to work smarter. You will handle reconciler tasks, resolve partner queries, and maintain clear documentation of losses. At the same time, you’ll support the adoption of automation and reporting tools that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-focused, and digitally curious—with the ability to combine transaction quality control with continuous improvement.
Key elements to the role include:
Managing reconciler alerts and maintaining the Reconciler tool (configuration, data quality, fixes, and improvements)
Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve internal and external client enquiries within agreed service standards.
Maintain accurate transaction records and evidence of losses, escalating issues as required.
Organize and maintain structured data and files for easy access and reporting.
Input data into systems accurately and prepare clear documentation of processes and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or improve workflows using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or other corporate tools.
Support coworkers by sharing knowledge of digital tools and best practices, helping them work more efficiently.
Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues, collaborating across departments, and solving problems proactively.
Provide insights and reporting to management on reconciler performance, transaction quality, and process improvement opportunities.
Partnering with the Digitalisation team to design, test, and roll out process improvements
Undertake additional projects and tasks as required by your line manager.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in transactions and reconciliations.
• Experience in transaction quality, reconciliations, or client support.
• Strong data skills, plus good skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Platform and other corporate tools.
• Interest in using digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform, ERP systems) to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, able to maintain logical and accessible documentation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Ability to negotiate, manage enquiries professionally, and build strong working relationships.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to shared goals and continuous improvement.
