We are a rapidly growing - Pre-Series A B2B marketplace. Currently, we are looking to bring on a Digital Product Manager who has proven experience in B2B/Enterprise eCommerce environments, ideally working in a Series A or Series B startup. We offer vesting shares
The PM is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the B2B solution Product Lifecycle, including: market assessment, roadmap, strategies, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Leader will drive the product specifications, user experience, and development of our B2B platform solution from initial MVP to enterprise-grade solution.
Our PM is a hands-on role where you will help conceive, strategize, plan and manage major new features that create value for our customers. You will manage the lifecycle of key features from concept, to build, to launch/marketing/support and ultimately to value for our customers.
What You Need for this Position
Experience with B2B eCommerce and SaaS concepts and processes
You have deep knowledge on how to develop product requirements and roadmaps
You can lead PM function and coordinate with engineering, marketing and other teams
You know how to incorporate feedback and input from customers on product strategy
You have demonstrated quantitative & qualitative reasoning skills through prior projects
You have experience as a business analyst/system analyst
Comfortable working in an agile environment and with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work collaboratively with small team, while also achieving milestones independently with a bias to action.
· You have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics from a leading university.
· You have 4-5 years of experience in a product management or related role (consulting, etc), preferably with experience in optimizing freemium product monetization models
· Prior startup / early stage experience is a huge plus.
· Experience with various APIs integrations (including payments, account data) and e-commerce platforms
· B2B SaaS experience;
