We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and support impactful marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities across multiple channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication, high-quality content, and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels.
• Develop and execute content plans for company social media platforms.
• Create campaign briefs and coordinate with marketing agencies.
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor the company’s online presence and optimize visibility.

Content Creation & Design

• Create presentations, banners, and various marketing materials.
• Develop visual content using tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and communication materials.

Website & Platform Management

• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with external suppliers and partner agencies on marketing initiatives.
• Verify that agency deliverables meet agreed standards and contractual terms.

Market Research & Events

• Conduct market and industry research to support marketing strategies.
• Participate in organizing events, trade fairs, and marketing initiatives.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

• Prepare reports and obtain approvals for marketing materials.
• Handle administrative aspects related to marketing projects and partnerships.
• Ensure all activities align with internal procedures and performance indicators.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.

Languages

• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing principles.
• Experience with WordPress (content management).
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for content creation, copywriting, and campaign ideation, with the ability to adapt AI-generated content to brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Experience in lead generation strategies, including campaign planning, funnel optimization, and use of digital channels to attract and convert qualified leads.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
