Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Achieve sales and profitability target for both digital & format propositions
  • Guarantee that formats are sold including all the ingredients to deliver the expected consumer experience: smart equipment, digital applications, programs, sellout, layout and design, 3rd parties (. Heart Rate) etc.
  • Guarantee a smooth activation, coordinating (Project Management) the activities of the departments involved (. Education Manager, Digital Sales Specialist) to secure customer satisfaction;
  • Make sure that operators implement formats according to the best practices in terms of formats class scheduling / booking, profile and programs building, etc.
  • Become the key reference contact for customers willing to implement new engaging training experiences
  • Support sales force in pre-sales & sales activities, providing product training to sales force on digital offering;
  • Organize and run seminars or webinars in order to duly promote the digital portfolio
  • Directly support customers in having a successful implementation by providing training and tutoring accordingly;
  • Create customer case studies and best practices that clearly explain the value and the benefits of the product in terms of attraction, retention of customers  and secondary revenues.
  • Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management; 
  • Monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, products features etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ
  • Interact with marketing & sales to define tailored solutions and initiatives for each vertical market
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Monitor discount to maximize profitability
  • Support product launch, promotion and commercial activities to maximize sales.
  • Guarantees implementation of Technogym cultural model through company policies and procedures implementation and localization, compliant to Corporate Governance
  • Monitor active users from mywellness cloud admin / ad-hoc reports to measure formats success;
  • Keeps strict confidentiality of all operations and discussions with clients.
  • Achievement and maintenance of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times and professional behaviour while representing the Company
  • Carry out any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate Supervisors

Experience:

 

Previous experience in direct sales or business development sales support, in Membership Software Companies, Consultancy, Services or Electronic is an advantage. Love & passion for the sport & fitness industry is essential.

 

Education and Certifications: ·         BSc in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or Business or Marketing related studies is an advantage, though not essential. A desire to sell is essential!

  • Driving license

·         Computer literate.·         Strong English skills (speaking, listening, reading writing).

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
  • A firm understanding of customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of company products
  • Social Media and Digital knowledge/skills
  • The ability to identify and/or follow up sales leads and referrals
  • The ability to present winning sales arguments to customers, defend pricing and handle objections
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
  • Willing to work flexible hours
