Description

  • Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for accounting and finance processes (called „Detective controls”) for selected customers inside Bosch group;
  • Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are:
    • Quality check of base process based on audit documentation;
    • Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions;
    • Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customers within Bosch group;
    • Propose improvements for the process of detective controls;
    • Reporting of KPI’s;
  • Working in a team focused on detective controls to implement and improve the mitigations processes within Bosch group.

Qualifications

  • University degree (studies in economic, financial or accounting field) or corresponding work experience instead;
  • B2 German and B2 English, any other foreign language is a plus;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel);
  • Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
  • Good ability to communicate and to work in a team;
  • Likes to work with processes and procedures;
  • General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP - will be an advantage;
  • General knowledge of financial processes - will be an advantage.
