Responsibilities:

• Managing the workforce in terms of quality and quantity; proposing salary and bonus adjustments;
• Responsibility for the P&L and Budget;
• Participating and decision body together with Product Management for commercial agreements, reviewing them and issuing invoices;
• Structuring the site and logistics processes and allocate resources between warehouses and organizing and conducting regular team meetings;
• Approve and implement the optimization received from Continuous Improvement Manager;
• Frequent meetings with customers and providing KPI on time;
• In charge of maintaining authorization and all safety instructions are executed;
• Working together with other departments to provide proper infrastructure and equipment;
• Leading visits from client;
