Responsibilities: Talent Management Plant •Identify talents and talent gaps/needs •Review talent and manage succession planning •Support Eberspächer Acceleration Program EAP Training & Development Plant •Determine learning needs •Set-up learning programs (incl. leadership) •Request learning opportunities •Provide learning opportunities •Administer training activities •Create/update qualification Matrix Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience of operating in a similar role in a production company • Knowledge of Training & Development activities • IT literate, with the ability to use the full Microsoft Office package • Proficient in English, German language is a plus • Experience in automotive industry is a plus
