Malta's largest land-based Casino, Casino Malta - is looking to hire a Dealer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Providing entertaining casino experiences to the clients by rendering pleasant services and professional organization of games at tables;
• Interact with managers to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behaviour during the course of gameplay;
• Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for Casino guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Dealer in the land-based Casino;
• English on the communication level; any other language will be considered an asset;
• Required to complete a pre-employment background check successfully;
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, and day / night shifts;
• Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards;
• Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude;
• The ability to work as part of a team and be adaptable to changing business needs.
