We are seeking passionate Data Scientists who thrive in a business-oriented environment, working closely with commercial teams to explore data and build impactful machine-learning models.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop analytical solutions.
• Analyze extensive customer and product data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Create and refine customer segmentation models for targeted marketing.
• Develop and enhance recommendation systems.
• Select, train, and evaluate machine-learning models with a focus on business outcomes.
• Define and track performance metrics for personalization and recommendation use cases.
• Support data quality and modeling during platform migrations.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years (mid-level) or 5+ years (senior) experience in data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong skills in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
