Project overview

We are looking for a CyberArk Integrator to join our team for a new and exciting project in collaboration with one of Europe's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers and providers of transport solutions. In this role as part of the FIOBS department you will provide level 3 consultancy/support to assist existing service the service provider and owner.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact (3rd level support) for the current English-speaking service partner
  • Support in the implementation and processing of health checks by the manufacturer (CyberArk)
  • Support in optimizing the environment as part of the continuous improvement process
  • Support in remediation after security audits and pen tests
  • Architecture consulting and support in optimizing and further developing the PAM service
  • Support in introducing new functionality such as connection components, new target systems, automation, etc.
  • Support with release changes (application, operating system, hardware, etc.) and migrations.
  • Support with optimizing operational processes, onboarding/offboarding, automation, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years as a CyberArk integrator
  • Proven expertise in setting up and operating complex ESAE environments (references/relevant certifications)
  • Proven expertise in setting up and operating on-prem CyberArk Distributed Vaults HA clusters as part of a complex ESAE environment
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments and process knowledge in the automotive sector
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing nearshore/offshore service providers
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
