We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist (internal title: Toll Service Specialist) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients in the utilization of our tolling services. This role requires direct client interaction, meticulous processing of necessary documentation, and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support (via email, phone, and face-to-face) for the use of tolling services.
  • Contact clients in your portfolio to obtain the necessary documents and information for issuing toll devices or paying road tolls.
  • Process documents and information received from clients, prepare and send necessary documents or information to suppliers or partners to enable clients to pay road tolls using the devices offered in our services.
  • Resolve issues reported by clients.
  • Analyze information, create reports, and provide them to the supervisor upon request or periodically, as required.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience in positions involving communication with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven, with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English – at least intermediate level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – intermediate level.
