What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Support Specialist with German & English – on office, Bucharest, on our team, you will:  

• Assist buyers with the purchased products. 
• Provide step-by-step guidance on using the purchased products. 
• Answer buyers inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues. 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you have: 

• German proficiency (C1) & medium English (B2) level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work from our office in Bucharest
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Minimum 6 months previous experience in a BPO industry
