We are hiring a customer support specialist to manage customer queries and complaints, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Handle product recalls
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Patience and ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Availability to commute to client location in Bucharest and other cities in Romania
Availability to work on-call (outside the regular office hours & during week-end)
