This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in Dutch or at least B2 both verbal and written;
Proven technical skills or interest in learning and developing technical skills;
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written);
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent;
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills.
