Customer Support Representative - Online Betting
Middle (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Entry (0-2 years)
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service queries. Assists with orders, questions, billing, cancellations, complaints, and other requests. Ensure assistance to all company’s departments where and when necessary.
- Very good knowledge of Romanian (written and spoken);
- Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) & Internet skills (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome);
- Intermediate to good English skills (written and spoken);
- Customer Service experience (phone skills, live chat, email answering);
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner;
- Willingness to work in shifts: weekends, holidays, evening-shifts (15:30 – 00:00);
- Quality focus, problem solving, proactive;
- Online gaming experience (sports, casino, poker) - would be an advantage.
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat;
- Provide customer basic and technical troubleshooting;
- Provide information about online products and services;
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Customer records maintenance;
- Being always updated on every product;
- Collaborate and assist marketing promotions and other departments;
- Making outbound phone and chat calls to promote offers and services to existing customers;
