We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading strategic partner for more than 20 Global Airlines, plus OTAs, travel technology providers etc. The Romanian hub will offer contact centre support for one particular airline, core in Europe, but worldwide coverage.
Deliver exemplary customer service via emails and phone calls
Answer emails messaging and manage outgoing voice phone calls from/to world leading airlines customers, providing customer service support for queries related to flight changes or cancellations, lost baggage, claims.
Excellent German language command – fluency in speaking and writing correctly and at ease (plus good level English knowledge)
Previous work experience in an international airline/travel or bookings environment is a valuable advantage, but not mandatory
Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / contact center work is an advantage
Willingness to search for the required information for customers with a strong focus on solving clients requests
Graduate in any discipline / Under graduates
Willing to work in a contact center environment with 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
