Agent Customer Support:
We are looking for an Agent Customer Support with Italian and French to join our team.

Language/communication skills:
- Medium knowledge of English (minimum B1);
- Good knowledge of Italian and French (verbal and writing);
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls / email / social media;
- As part of the Contact Centre team, answer inbound calls /email / social media messaging from world leading hotel group’ customers and handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hospitality, services, baggage queries.
