As a Customer Success Manager you will lead the customer retention efforts and build great relationships with our customers while driving value and adoption of Telelink Smart Public Transport.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Own overall relationship with customers: Onboarding with the product (Telelink Smart Public; transport) and methodology (Account Based Ticketing), increase adoption, ensure retention and satisfaction, report on customer health and manage risk;
  • Support customers during installations or upgrades and assist the technicians on-site;
  • Work with customers to establish best practices in public transportation management;
  • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention;
  • Help the team to build a world class Customer Success department and drive our company’s positive image;

Our ideal candidate:

  • Fluent in Romanian and with very good English. Any other language is a plus;
  • Experience in management and supporting public transportation systems is a huge plus;
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation;
  • Basic system administration skills – Installation/upgrades of software on Windows and mobile phones (Android);
  • Comfortable working with MS Office;
  • Experience with remote assistance tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop;
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time;
  • Driving license;
  • Enthusiastic with a positive mindset;
