We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist – Nădab, Arad

We are looking for an organized, communicative, and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Nădab, Arad.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• University degree
• Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle conflicts tactfully
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Driving license, cat. B

Key responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and messages professionally
• Record requests and redirect them to the appropriate departments
• Provide clear information about our products and services
• Coordinate orders and check stock with the production team
• Enter orders into the system and calculate product requirements
• Verify product availability and delivery times for the sales team
• Monitor shipments and prepare necessary documents (CMR, invoices, etc.)
• Support colleagues in sales and logistics activities
• Analyse costs and prepare regular reports
