You Will

Take the ownership of Romanian Operations and Sales (from customer service to testing and translations) with a focus on building a strong network of professionals.
Provide a high level of customer service by managing all communication with customers and professionals.
Expand our network of service providers by making sales calls.
Solve problems that have never been solved before.
Collect data by contacting providers and Product Management teams directly.
Ensure the high quality of the content in the website by conducting regular website checks.

You Have

Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
Fluent levels in both Romanian and English and preferably in Turkish;
1-2 years experience in one of the following: customer service, sales, content editing, translation;
Ability to take responsibility and ownership;
Proven strong communication skills in a business environment: telephone communication and written communication;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty.
