About the role:
As Customer Service Representative you will form an integral part of CommuterClub’s support operations in Romania to provide call centre support to the UK business. This is a hugely autonomous role with a lot of responsibility giving you real space to build and be part of the success of the Romanian centre of excellence.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure strong performance within KPIs
Service existing customers to manage inbound inquiries while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction and service
Provide support to the customer service London team
Liaise with our suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment for customers together with timely and accurate collections of payment
Engage with customers directly via phone, email and chat as needed
Address any customer complaints and escalate as needed

Diligent, organised and self-motivated individual with previous experience in customer service
Financial services experience with an understanding of consumer loans is a plus
Strong oral and written English communication skills is a must
Diligence and ability to learn quickly
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
Excel knowledge is a plus
