Customer Service Officer with French (Brasov)

About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Office with advanced French skills who can provide support to clients by phone and email in a professional, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented manner. You will be a key point of contact between the company and its clients, directly contributing to their satisfaction and to the organization’s reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer requests (by phone and in writing) in French
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions in line with internal procedures
  • Maintaining a professional and customer‑oriented approach in all interactions
  • Complying with established quality standards and security/confidentiality policies (GDPR)
  • Using work tools and applications accurately in daily activity
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customers’ experience


What we are looking for:

  • French language mandatory - proficient level (C1)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service / Contact Center/ Call Center activities on a Offiter 
  • English language – advanced level (B2)
  • Strong communication and customer‑relation skills
  • Solution‑oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle dynamic volumes of activity
  • Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures
  • Ability to work with deadlines and willingness to learn new things
  • Previous experience in customer service / call center is nice to have, but not mandatory
