Main goal of the job:

  • Keeping permanent contact with the customer
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction (On Time Delivery)


  •  Responsible for checking orders launched by the customer and creating orders and order confirmations in SAP
  • Keeping permanent contact with the customer to ensure in-time delivery any time
  • Monitoring of shipments with control of customer satisfaction from logistics side
  • Performance of billing delivery and to keep the price data base up-to-date
  • Caring of returned materials from customers, for instance in case of claims
  • Support of shipments to abroad worldwide to cooperate with customs agency
  • Management of sales master data in SAP
  •  Distribution to customers of Long time supplier declaration
  • Managing of customer consignment location
  •  Customer visits if need it


  • Minimum high school degree from commercial or technical background
  • Work experience of minimum 2-3 years in the field of logistics, production planning, project management or any similar job
  • Excellent communication skills with sense of how to speak with a customer
  • Good language skills in written and spoken German  and English 
  • Skill to organize and to close cooperate with internal department
  • SAP experience
