Customer Service Back Office Coordinator

What will you do?

  • Provide customer service support as first line to customers, forwarding agents, service center
  • Solve customers’ queries to ensure pallets are delivered on time in full
  • Work with account managers to resolve customers’ issues
  • Open new accounts for customers, train them on CHEP’s systems and provide support
  • Coordinate the invoicing, debiting and crediting for customers
  • Process customer orders and declarations accurately
  • Prepare monthly reports and action plans to meet customer service metrics

Required profile

  • Experience in customer support
