We are looking for an enthusiastic and career driven candidate to join our Customer Service team based in Cluj. In the role of Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers via telephone, live chat, instant messaging and email. You will have a love for providing excellent quality customer service and maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all time.
As a part of your day to day you will:
- andle complaints and escalations.
- omplete KYC procedures on the Company's clients' customers.
- rocess deposits and withdraws in and from customer accounts.
- Troubleshoot problems with deposits and withdrawals.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to insure smooth payments and operations and resolve customer queries.
- andle responses to marketing campaigns and crediting bonuses to customer accounts.
- Compile daily and weekly figures for supervisors, managers and senior management.
- iaise with Clients' agents and distribution partners.
- Liaise with Clients' suppliers and platform owners.
- Others ad hoc duties.
Ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to details and great mastery of the Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Due to the nature of the role Verbal and written English proficiency is required
- Keen interest in Sports, especially football is preferable although not mandatory.
