— Keeps customer relationship regarding product quality;
— Elaborates and controls internal documents and customer requested documents related to products and processes quality;
— Actively involved in designing PFMEA;
— Identifies and analyses risks, initiates corrective actions, verifies closing of action plans;
— Handles customer complaints related to products and processes quality.
— University degree;
— Experience in customer relations in automotive industry or similar position;
— QS 9000/IATF, P-FMEA, SPC knowledge, Problem Solving tools;
— Experience as internal auditor ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is an advantage;
— PC operating skills
– MS Office;— Fluent in English;
— German language - medium level;
— Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
