Customer Quality Engineer
For our client, a German company active in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer.
University degree (. Mechanics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience;
At least 3 years relevant experience in Customer Quality Support;
Advanced knowledge of English and German language;
Product knowledge;Quality methods knowledge;
Quality standards (ISO, ISO TS, VDA);
Project management methodology;
Internal standards (quality manual, procedures, methods);
Specialized knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA;
Specific customer requirements (ex. Formel Q Konkret);
Problem solving skills;
Auditing methods skills.
Initializing the Risk Assessment: impact levels to customer, plant, BU and Corporate;
Initializing the Q-RAM based on assessed risk level;
Analysing customer warranty trend data;
Monitoring warranty costs;
Approving warranty payments;
Initializing corrective actions for design and process engineering issues;
Leading the 8D team in case of issues occurring after G90;
Following-up of the corrective actions established together with 8D team;
Submitting 8D information to the customer, using the specific tools;
Making sure the customer requirements are in place after the actions implementation;
Contributing in the FMEA workshops for items occurring after G90.
