What will your job be about?
Manage customer complains (drive root cause analysis, 8D report)
Drive continuous improvement process
Drive root cause investigations for internal plant issues
Main driver for non-conform products management coming out from his projects responsibility
Responsible to check process changes implementation
Assess process preventive corrective actions robustness
Perform system, process and product audits as per ISO TS 16949
Elaborate related work instructions, visual aids and Process Control plan
Ensures compliance to customer quality requirements
Participates at APQP documents draw-up
Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers in order to obtain PSW (Part Submission Warrant).

Technical University Degree (graduate diploma)
Strong team player
Excellent communications skills
Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement
English language - good to advanced level
Previous work experience in automotive industry – is a plus
Previous work experience in assembly – is a plus
Previous work experience in quality aria – is a plus
Open mind and open for continuous learning in order to improve self and organization performance
Strong project-management skills, sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
