As an Account Delivery Specialist with French, you will own key customer relationships and act as a strategic partner, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Own key customer relationships, acting as the main contact for strategic discussions, escalations and issue resolution, while ensuring compliance with legal and data protection standards;
Use data, customer feedback and insights to identify trends, improve solutions and drive retention;
Manage vendor and partner relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
Report customer performance, engagement results and strategic initiatives to management;
Oversee billing processes, invoicing deadlines and tracking of billed and unbilled accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer experience, account management;
