The main purpose of this role is to drive and facilitate both the development and implementation of an ambitious commercial plan, that is fully integrated across functions and guarantees strategic, commercial and brand objectives. The Role As aCustomer Marketing Executiveyou will be responsible for: * Highlighting opportunities within channel to channel manager / sales team in order to develop most appropriate customer propositions and to deliver brand goals (sales, distribution, P&L) * Assuming responsibility for all logistics concerning outlet activation (incl. distribution of POS material, distribution of promotions, POS management in warehouse, budget management, promotion settlement, etc.) * Following up progress on the development and placement of tailor made constructions within outlets, the placement of visibility items, execution of promotions * Following up on pace of placement of all agreed store activation material to the outlets and precision of allocation per type/segment * Developing customers understanding in order to identify opportunities and receive feedback * Cooperating effectively with all members of Customer marketing team, with Sales teams at all levels, in accordance with Consumer Marketing brief regarding the brand game plans The Person You will have knowledge, qualification and experience of the following: * Experience in Sales (field or support) role having obtained solid understanding of channel / customers or experience in Marketing role having obtained solid understanding of shopper and promotion development & execution competence * Educated to degree level or equivalent * Previous experience within the selected channel - an advantage * Strong project management skills and quantitative ability * Ability to work effectively with number of stakeholders If you are interested in this role, please get in touch!
