We are looking for Customer Care Analysts (Junior to Senior) to join our team supporting an international lifestyle brand.

Your Role 

As part of our Customer Care team, you will: 

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email in a friendly and professional way  
  • Help solve questions and find the best possible solutions  
  • Communicate in multiple languages, depending on your profile  
  • Work closely with your team and other departments  
  • Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve the customer experience  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Good English skills plus knowledge of Italian language (B2+/C1 or higher)
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills  
  • A positive, open, and team-oriented attitude  
  • Interest in working in an international and multicultural environment  
  • Basic digital skills and openness to learning new tools  
  • Previous experience is a plus , but definitely not a must
