Customer Care Representative - German

We are currently seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives.
Within this project, inbound customer support will be provided via phone and email.

Job Description:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding their orders
  • Providing information about payments
  • Assisting with courier tracking
  • Handling inquiries related to cancellationsreturns, and refunds

Working Hours (Romania time):

  • Weekdays: 09:00–18:00 / 12:00–21:00 (rotating weekly shifts)
  • Saturday: 10:00–14:00
  • Sunday: Off

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Language talent, fluent in German language
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team 
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated team
