In this responsible role, you will assist our customers during breakdowns and emergencies—whether it’s a vehicle breakdown, an accident, or fuel-related problems.
Whether it’s a flat tire or a car that won’t start, your mission is to ensure that help is provided quickly and reliably.
Your Responsibilities:
Initially, you will work in the Front Office, and once you have developed your skills, you will rotate between Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) tasks.
Front Office (FO) – Incoming Calls
Receiving emergency calls from customers who require roadside assistance
Collecting essential information and quickly assessing the situation
Coordinating the appropriate support for each case
Back Office (BO) – Coordination & Follow-Up
Dispatching: Organizing emergency transport and coordinating with business partners (BPs)
Follow-up calls: Arranging additional services (rental cars, vehicle returns, pickups)
Customer care calls: Contacting customers after incidents to ensure all their needs have been met.
Shifts & Working Hours:
Regular shifts: 08:00 – 23:00 (Monday–Sunday)
Night shifts: Only after full training and skill mastery (every 2 months for 5–7 days)
Weekend shifts: Once you are confident in at least two areas
Shift planning is fair and balanced and managed together with your team leader.
