Customer Care Agent 24/7 Shifts

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent for 24/7 shifts. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.
Working Type : On site

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with product or service-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality and customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, holidays and nightshifts. This will be paid extra, according to the law. Weekend shifts will be with other 2 consecutive days off 
  • Good computer skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
