Customer Care Agent

American Greetings is recruiting for Customer Support Agents to join our team in Romania.

The Customer Care Agent is responsible for providing customer care through email to members of sites Jacquielawson(dot)com and Americangreetings(dot)com owned by American Greetings Interactive for 4 months (October 26, 2026 - February 26, 2026).

Location: remote 

Schedule work hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. We may be open on Saturdays in December.

Job Duties:

• In this role you will respond to customer’s inquiries via email providing an excellent customer experience with every interaction (we offer pre-defined/canned responses)

• The position requires excellent written communication skills with the ability to perform logic first contact resolution

• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests

• Responsible for ensuring that all details from any customer interaction are captured in American Greetings’ database tool

• Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions

• Assist customers with account maintenance and basic demonstrations of account functionality on mobile and desktop experiences, as well as personalize and order cards

Experience, Education & Skills Required:

• 3-6 months of Customer Care experience in any domain - nice to have. Paid training is provided by us.
• Faculty Diploma (Foreign Languages/English, Public Relations preferably but not compulsory)
• Excellent English written skills
• Microsoft Office / Internet Experience
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Analytical/ logic problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Social, flexible, friendly and highly motivated
