What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and WhatsApp interactions                                             
• Offer support for home appliance products and warranty extensions                                                                          
• Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting using support materials
• Create tickets when needed based on the troubleshooting performed                                                                  
• Share commercial information about products and extended warranties
• Identify opportunities for upselling complementary products and services
